Want to change the world? It's time to stop dilly dallying.

Back in June I spent five hours online with a group of inspiring entrepreneurs, business owners and conscious leaders, gathered together by my friend and client Lara Waldman. By the end of our day together something important had emerged. In an uncharacteristic move, I perched on the edge of my bed and recorded an impromptu video, looking rather dishevelled and with no idea what was about to come out of my mouth. I just knew I needed to share, and I needed to do it NOW.

And then I made a mistake.

I didn’t do enough to spread the word. Yes, I shared the video (and if you watched it, thank you). But not enough. Given how strongly I felt the urge to shout about what I’d uncovered in the moment, the follow-through was somewhat lacking.

So here I am again, sharing it with you now:

I am here to support inspired, creative, brilliant people like you.

I am here to help you do what you can't do on your own.

This is important now more than ever. And it's becoming urgent.

There’s so much turmoil going on in the world right now. There’s coronavirus, the climate crisis, economic uncertainty, the cocktail of hope and fear surrounding the US presidential election, the rallying cry around the Black Lives Matter movement and a long overdue awakening around white privilege.

It’s a lot, right?

I feel strongly that this year is sending us a very strong signal that things need to change.

I feel strongly that I want to be a part of that change, rather than sitting on the sidelines.

And I feel strongly that I want to work with others who want to be part of the solution.

Why?

Because if we want to create the change we want to see in the world, we need to understand that we can’t do it on our own. We need support.

It took me a while to figure out how I can bring my own unique gifts and talents to the table when it comes to replacing greed, power and egotism with compassion, wisdom and collaboration. But the key lies in that last word. Collaboration.

I see so many brilliant business owners who have a lot to offer and amazing gifts to share. People like you. People who are inspired to do their bit to make the world a better place (forgive the cliché, but now’s the time to call a spade a spade!).

What breaks my heart is when those people have the vision, the skills and the gifts but they struggle to get organised and to actually make stuff happen.

It makes me sad when I know that there’s so much more you could be doing out in the world if only you gifted yourself the support you need.

And it fills me with hope when I realise that the missing piece of that particular puzzle is, for some people, ME.

I help inspired, good-hearted business people like you to land your ideas into reality. I help you connect in with your goals. I help you break things down into manageable action steps so you can move things forward and do great things in the world.

I’ll never be the next Oprah, Michelle or Greta. But I CAN help others to shine their light more brightly in the world. (And don’t worry, you don’t need to be the next Oprah either. As long as you’re running your business – any business – from a place of integrity, that’s enough. My clients include a school finance specialist, natural skincare expert and leadership coach, all of whom are doing their bit to make the world better in their own unique way.)

We can’t do it alone.

So let’s support each other and be part of the solution together.

What do you need to help you make the impact you’re here to make?

If it’s someone who’ll help you create an achievable action plan and then hold you accountable, I’d love to hear from you. Book yourself in for a cuppa and let’s talk.

If it’s something else, that’s ok too. Who might be able to help you move forward? (If you’re not sure, let me know – I have a big network of business buddies and I might know just the person!)

Whatever support you need, go get it.

Now’s the time. Together we can make a difference. The time for dilly dallying is behind us. Let’s take gentle, aligned action and go change the world!
