Alice Jennings and I talk systems, tools and cake

I love a system. And I also love a podcast. So, imagine my delight when Alice Jennings invited me to be part of Sorted, her podcast all about the systems and tools used by small business owners to help things run more smoothly.

It was such a pleasure to sit down with Alice for a natter. It may surprise you to learn that, despite our shared appreciation of technology, we didn’t talk about tech very much at all during our chat. Instead, I shared my thoughts about other tools that business owners can use to boost their productivity. We covered cake, the merits of pencil and paper and the importance of understanding your own foibles and working with, rather than against them.

If that sounds right up your street, you can listen to our conversation here.

Enjoy!
