Tame Your To-Do List
A high impact three-week programme
Turn your scattered tasks into a simple, personalised system that helps you prioritise, focus, and get the right stuff done.
Are you a solo business owner, eager to make a bigger impact but drowning in a sea of to-dos?
Tasks, important reminders and brilliant ideas scattered here, there and everywhere?
You wake up in the middle of the night, panicking that you’ve forgotten something.
You’re pretty sure you’ve missed opportunities to grow your business because, despite how it looks on the outside, you feel muddled and all over the place.
You’re worried that it’s only a matter of time before you drop the ball. (Not keeping a promise to a client. Not following up with a lead who’s desperate to work with you. Forgetting to organise your kids’ costumes for World Book Day.)
All that fear and anxiety can really do a number on your confidence, can’t it?
And when YOU are your business, that loss of confidence is not to be sniffed at!
Does any of that sound familiar?
You might be thinking there’s nothing you can do about it. Perhaps you’ve resigned yourself to a life of chaos. After all, you’ve tried all sorts of things to get organised, but none of them have worked (yet 😉).
But I’m here to tell you that you’re not a lost cause, and there IS hope!
Imagine how it’ll feel when you can…
Sit down at the start of every day knowing exactly what you need to get done, and able to focus and take action
Put your feet up and relax at the end of a productive day, without that niggling feeling that you’ve missed something important.
Have confidence in yourself, knowing you’ll meet deadlines, keep promises and follow through on the things that matter most.
When you have a simple system for getting stuff done that works for YOU, your productivity will go through the roof, changing the way you think about yourself.
You’ll see yourself taking action, following up on opportunities to grow your income and your impact, taking even better care of your clients… all whilst staying on top of what needs to get done outside of work too.
Wouldn’t that be amazing?
“Tame Your To-Do List has revolutionised the way I do things. I feel 100% more focused. I’m getting really big things done that had previously been ignored and am making much more significant progress towards the business I want to build.”
Lynn Hord, The Joy Coach
So, what exactly IS Tame Your To-Do List?
It’s a three-week programme that walks you through a new way of managing your to-dos, giving you everything you need to stay on top of all the things you’re juggling.
You can choose whether to create your to-do list the old-fashioned way (pen and paper…my personal favourite!) OR using tech if that’s more your bag. This is all about finding what works for you, so Tame Your To-Do List has you covered, whichever you prefer.
It’s the perfect balance between a logical, intuitive structure that works, and the flexibility to get creative and make it your own.
There’s space to plan exciting projects and capture brilliant ideas too, so you can say goodbye to scraps of paper, post-its and the stack of half-filled notebooks gathering dust in the corner!
In no time at all, you’ll be getting the right things done at the right time, sitting down every day knowing exactly what needs to be done, and ticking things off with gusto!
You’ll finally be able to trust that everything is under control. Which means no more flapping. No more self-doubt. No more sleepless nights. And no more opportunities missed.
Imagine how much progress you’ll make when you’re directing all that extra headspace to what matters most!
Hello!
I’m Louise and I’m on a mission to change the world by helping YOU change the world.
Since starting my business in 2016 I’ve met countless coaches, consultants and community-builders who want to make a bigger impact. They’re brilliant at what they do, but they’re stuck, frustrated and exhausted.
They want to be the kind of person who’s organised, calm and consistent. The person who follows through, even on the things no one else sees, like blogging regularly or taking care of themselves.
Instead, they’re surrounded by chaos and mental clutter. They can’t fully relax. And no matter how hard they work, it never feels like enough.
I know how debilitating that can be, because that used to be me too.
Back in my 9–5, from the outside it looked like I had everything under control. In reality, I was drowning. I had too much to do, no reliable way to manage it all, and a constant fear of being found out. The overwhelm wasn’t just stressful — it was making me ill.
Everything changed when I discovered a better way to manage what I was juggling.
Not just another to-do list, but a simple, fail-safe system that helped me prioritise day-to-day and plan ahead, without the mental load of trying to remember everything.
It was a game-changer.
I regained my confidence, made better decisions, and showed up fully for the people I was supporting. All from having a system I could finally trust.
When I started my business and saw clients struggling with the same overwhelm, I knew I had to share what I’d learned.
I began walking them through the process — and the results spoke for themselves.
“I have far more perspective and clarity on what needs doing when, and a fail-safe method for moving things on so they don’t get forgotten. I even remember to check the oil in my car!”
Inger Madsen, Therapist
My clients went from last-minute panic, sleepless nights and constant self-criticism to feeling calm, in control, and confident they were focusing on the right things at the right time.
That’s why, in 2019, I created Tame Your To-Do List — so smart, savvy business owners like you can finally feel on top of things, free up mental space, and fulfil your fabulous potential.
Don’t just take my word for it!
Look at the difference Tame Your To-Do List made to Maggie…
This will be great for you if…
Your to-dos are scattered in a bazillion different places, which leaves you feeling overwhelmed and uneasy.
You’re brilliant at what you do but you’re not making the impact you know you’re capable of.
You worry about forgetting important tasks, missing a deadline or losing out on opportunities to make more money.
You’re curious and open to new ways of doing things.
You’re ready to invest time in creating a new, you-shaped system for managing all the things you’re juggling that will support you for the long-term.
Not sure if Tame Your To-Do List is for you?
This is NOT for you if…
You’re not willing to put the time in. This isn’t a quick fix. It won’t take long to feel the benefit, but there’s work to do first! Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight!
You’re not willing to get uncomfortable. There’s lots of support available, and I guide you gently, but making this change will challenge you at times. If you give up at the first hurdle, this won’t work for you.
You’re happy going round in circles, writing a new list every time things feel chaotic, and bouncing from one productivity system to another every few months.
If you’re ready to get organised once and for all so it’s easy to take action on the right things at the right time, Tame Your To-Do List is for you.
Investment
The investment that takes you from wasting time and energy battling all-over-the-place lists and worrying about dropping the ball, to sitting down every morning knowing exactly what needs to be done (and then actually following through) is:
£240
(Or two instalments of £120)
“This was one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my business (and life).”
Linda Anderson, Mindset Magician and EFT Tapping Coach
How it works
Before we dive into the detail, there’s something I need you to know:
This is not one of those ‘copy exactly what I do, and if it doesn’t work that’s on you’ situations. You are very different to me, so I don’t want you to copy exactly what I do.
Instead, I teach you the basics, give you space to implement, and then open the floor for your questions. Every step of the way I encourage you to make it your own.
PLUS, once you’ve been working with your new system for a few weeks, you get 1:1 time with me so we can make sure it’s supporting you in the best way possible.
Here’s what we’ll be doing during our three weeks together…
Week 1: Gather it all in
(w/c 1st February 2026)
You’ll gather your to-dos together in one place, evaluating what’s important and what’s not, so that only the things that matter are transferred into your new system.
Week 2: Set things up
(w/c 8th February 2026)
You’ll set up your new to-do system, with my gentle, step-by-step guidance. You get to choose whether to go digital or use pen and paper. I provide guidance for both.
Week 3: Get going!
(w/c 15th February 2026)
You’ll start using your system day-to-day, as it helps you prioritise and find your focus. This is when you’ll start feeling the benefit of having everything organised and in one place!
And then: Refine!
Once you’ve been using your new system for a while, you’ll hop on a 1:1 call with me.
Together we’ll iron out any kinks, tweaking and refining so it feels good and will work for you in the long-term.
Wondering what that looks like in practice?
Here’s what you get when you sign up:
A weekly video showing you how to set-up your new to-do list and integrate it into your daily life (I know you’re busy, so there are no live sessions to squeeze into your diary - you can watch the videos and take action at a time that works for you)
A weekly group Q&A held live in Zoom where you can get all your questions answered
BONUS audios that encourage you to get creative and experiment
A 30-minute 1:1 call with me, so we can make sure your to-do list is working for you, and that you’re enjoying using it (*gasp*)!
Although the structure I’m teaching is the same for everyone, this is not a one-size-fits-all solution. I want you to make this your own, and I’m right there at your side to help you do just that.
And it works!
I asked previous participants to share how they were feeling at the end of the programme, and here are some of the things they said:
“Things have simplified so much. I have more clarity, more psychological space. I’m able to focus on one thing at a time, and as a consequence get more done. Now the list is a source of joy and a sense of achievement.”
“I’m feeling far more in control of the jobs on my list.”
“My to do list is now under my complete control, giving me space to breathe and find time for country walks and Zoom coffees.”
“I now have freedom from worrying about my tasks and projects, because I know they are all there in my new system, under control and visible.”
In just three weeks’ time you could be up and running with your new, empowering, focus-enhancing to-do list, ready to get out there and do your brilliant thing.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to actually look forward to sitting down with your to-do list every day, without tension and dread in the pit of your stomach?
Just think… if you can set a little time aside for three weeks, that will be you!
Sounds to good to be true?
In case you’re thinking that this is another one of those things that’ll work great for five minutes, until the novelty wears off, here’s what Kyla and Becks had to say 12 months after they finished Tame Your To-Do List:
“Choosing to invest in Tame Your To Do List was such a smart decision.
My brain is Ideas Central and I’m usually surrounded by loads of scribbled notes. Louise’s calm, practical guidance and suggestions for how I could adapt her approach to a digital option that works for me has given me far more focus on what’s most important right now.
This little investment has completely changed the way I work when it comes to prioritising and organising my time and tasks. It’s something I use (and benefit from) every day. Highly recommended – it’s time and money definitely well spent.”
Kyla Skinner
“I wouldn't be without my intentional notebook now.
It helps me to see at a glance what's coming up and available capacity for scheduling in various different client projects, keep track of progress on personal and work projects, and ultimately feel so much more in control of my time whilst having more flexibility.
Love the process, highly recommend.”

The conversations below took place many months after these fabulous humans finished the programme.
Spoiler alert: they all still LOVE their new to-do lists!
If you’re still here, let me ask you a question:
What’s it costing you to stay as you are?
How much time, energy and mental bandwidth are you losing by having lists and scraps of paper all over the place? How is the fear of forgetting something and the daily battle with an out-of-control to-do list impacting your wellbeing?
Imagine how it would feel to be organised. All your tasks and ideas are in one place, and you can see exactly what needs your attention and when. Think about the impact this would have on your work. The focus you could give to the projects you’d love to develop. The fun and relaxation you could enjoy knowing everything is under control. Tame Your To Do List will get you there.
So, what do you say?
Ready to see what life could be like when your to-do list has your back?

What people say
I’ve found much more flow. I’m less prone to overplanning and more able to feel into my priorities. So less beating myself up! And I’m getting shizzle done, which feels amayonnazing!
This is a HUGE deal for me. It enables me to stop the swirl, get out of my own way, and get on with the work that I absolutely love doing! Oh and I’m doing lots more yoga, dancing, getting out for walks, earlier nights and feeling great too!
Rionach Aiken, Visibility Mentor
“The biggest thing I got from Tame Your To-Do List was a sense of spaciousness and freedom. Knowing I have one place where everything is gathered together, and in a prioritised order, makes me feel so much more relaxed and present to my day. Overall I’m getting more done in less time, and having a lot more fun. ”
Linda Anderson, Mindset Magician & EFT Tapping Coach
“When I joined I was nervous about finding the time to do it, but I needn’t have worried. Tame Your To-Do List was very clear, with step-by-step, bitesize pieces - it was very manageable.
My new to-do list has given me such a sense of balance and stillness. It’s really empowering, and for that I wholeheartedly thank you.”
Jools Montague, Leadership Coach & Voice Coach, Edge NLP
“Before doing this course I was using many different types of to-do list. I thought I liked the variety, but I was feeling pretty overwhelmed. Now I feel calmer, happier and way more in control of what I have to do.
Trust Louise!
She knows what she’s talking about and is 100% understanding and supportive, however chaotic you think you are. ”
Katie Duckworth, Leadership Coach
“Tame Your To Do List works on two levels. Practical systems brought simplicity and flow, and Louise’s empathy and wisdom supported me to see things differently and feel positive, even joyful, about working with my to-do list. A worthwhile investment. ”
Katherine Aston, University Lecturer
“I had tried just about every planner that exists and nothing had stuck. But with Louise’s gentle, intuitive guidance and support I have now been able to customise a planning system that works with my personality and preference, and makes me smile every time I use it.
I was amazed at the sense of freedom this gave me. I now have acres more creative space each day and my business is beginning to flourish as a result.”

I get it. It seems hard to create space when you’re feeling overwhelmed, so let me tell you more about the time this will take.
You’ll get one training video each week, ranging from 15-30 minutes. There are actions to take each week, and how long they take will be different for everyone.
Our weekly Q&A calls are 45-minutes, and at the end of the programme you get a 30-minute 1:1 with me.
If you’re still not sure you can spare the time, let me ask you this:
How much time are you spending each day rooting through notebooks and post-its, trying to figure out what to do next, or writing new lists in an attempt to get organised? This course will put an end to all that, so you’re feeling more organised, more efficient and more productive.
I promise you, the time you spend will be worth it. Once you’re done, you’ll be set for life!
-
Tame Your To-Do List gives you the freedom to experiment and adjust so you can find what works for you.
But the thing that makes the biggest difference? You don’t have to do that on your own. Throughout Tame Your To-Do List, you get access to ME!
We’ll meet in Zoom for weekly Q&As, and once you’ve been working with your new system for a while, you’ll have a 1:1 call with me, so we can make sure the system you’re working with feels good and will support you in the long-term.
Trying to change things on your own is hard. Perhaps the missing piece has been having someone at your side who can suggest a different approach if things don’t feel right.
“You know what I love about this? That I get to climb inside your brain for 3 weeks. I just find it so helpful to be able to say, ‘Louise what would you do here?’ Thank you. It’s really helping.”
-
Whether you prefer pen and paper or technology, Tame Your To-Do List has you covered. I’ll show you how to set things up either way. (And I’ll also help you choose, if you’re not sure which way to go.)

Our live Q&As will take place in Zoom at 4pm GMT on:
Wednesday 4th February
Wednesday 11th February
Thursday 19th February
If you can’t be there live, you can submit your question via email. I’ll answer it for you on the call, and send you the recording so you can watch it back in your own time.
